The concept of this album is to use the technology available today to play different voices, vocoder, opera, choirs, world voices. All the album is made electronicly with computers (no real natural voices). Each music has its specific color with use of electronics analog gears, orchestral arrangement and cinematic feeling.
The first song “Change the World” is a little bit different, was created to support the Obama campaign and got some success thru iTune and myspace. It is an universal theme and the video can be seen there : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fU4GRN1sI8Q
The other songs were made using two recipes I like in general. Calm and relaxing music or energetic and symphonic. Enjoy!

Change The World - 2:58
This song is been created to support Obama campaign, it was very popular on Myspace and I decided to include it into this album even if the style is a little bit off compare with the others songs. The voices are all computer generated and that’s why this song as a place in this album…
Cantor - 5:46
Made with several unique computer generated opera voice, a Soprano and a Tenor, this song is is the pure style of orchestral mix with electronics I love doing.
I’ve used the following tools to create the voices and the instruments.
- solo voice : Bela D Tenor and Bela D Diva sound libraries. - background voices : Symphony of Voices. - Big deep drums : Storm Drums from East West. - Drum kit : Ocean Way Drums. - Electric Guitar : Ministry of Rock from East West. - Piano : Goliath from East West. - Rythmic Loops & industrial pads : Air from Sample Logic. - Strings and Horns (orchestra) : Symphobia. - Electro reso bass loop : Pheadra from Zero G.Flashden - 3:26
This is the last song I publish from the Album Voiceless, the album is ready and will be in iTune very soon! This song is a mix of everything I’ve made for a contest but I haven’t finished on time. The contest was giving 5 notes played by the piano at the beginning as a base to start, and everyone had to make his own version.
This song is only made with computers, using mostly only East West Plug-ins.
Waves - 4:42
This song features some ethnic voices (Arabian?) generated by computers. It was created to illustrate a video of a realtime Ocean I have posted on youtube, you can check it here.
Dayhobé - 5:45
A very nice and mystic song again made with some vocoder voices. Dahobe means nothing, it just sounds good. Check the video clip here:
Under the Ice - 4:43
Lullaby - 2:34
A little gift to be included in the Voiceless album this Lullaby (berceuse in French) was made for a Friend who had some problems with her kid to get him to go to bed. The melody is based on a song she wrote that was named ‘I hold on’, and you can actually sing the verse on the guitar…

This album is exclusively in French… sorry guys!
I recorded it in 1992-1993 and it was inspired from the very strange story of the mother of a friend named Pascal de France.
She was thinking very seriously that she was possessed by an Aliens who reincarnated in her mind after his dead. He was ‘eating’ her personality step by step and she was becoming him. She started to paint some horrible drawing of her past life, speaking a different language (even wrote a dictionary about it… She became eventually a man (got surgery)).
The song at the heart of this album is named Nadrys : the name of this Alien. Pascal took the song to show her and she/he liked it.
This album ended up doing a very weird one, with lyrics speaking about ghosts, drugs and after death! Finally, I didn’t finished it because Pascal died strangely, alone in his huge castle…
Here is a medley from the album :

Started in 1999 and finished in 2007 this album is made of piano solo and piano and orchestra piece. Most of the songs are both in solo and orchestra version. I wanted to made an album where the technology is not used to make weird sounds but rather to created beautiful music. So everything is done with computers as usual, but no weird fx, no fancy echoes and reverbs. Just a natural and pure sound inspired by the classical music. However the smart musicians will notice that the piano and orchestra is arranged as a rock band, with a bass, pads, rhythm… all is played with the piano, that’s why it is almost impossible to play most of these songs with anything else than a computer. The best of the modern and old times…

Heidelberg Orchestral - 5:45
First song made for Impossible Piano back in 1999. Great mix of all instruments and the piece I really love the most in this album. It is made with 3 different themes that plug together. There is a mix of uplifting and nostalgia that stick after the music ends. It was made first for piano and orchestra and I lost the original master. I re-created it in 2004 to finalize this album.
For Diana Orchestral - 3:47
This song has been created the night when I knew that she died in a car accident. It was first made for the album Dreamscape in general midi but now re-created for orchestra and piano. The next day, my ex-wife and I went to the hospital do leave some flowers in her memory.
Wake Up N
ow (Piano Solo) - 5:45
Made shortly after Heidelberg this song was also the reason I wanted to do this piano and orchestra album. It has a similar structure as Heidelberg, with several themes plugged together.
Aliens Orbital Orchestral - 2:54
What a strange name! This song was created for Aliens CBA (check Alien CBA album to listen the first version made for General Midi sound cards. I’ve re-arranged it for this album to be played with piano and orchestra.
Vero Orchestral - 11:53
Description : Created in one night for Veronique Lesciellour my girlfriend in 1992. She is the only one to have an original version, I gave her as a gift (how romantic I was). She dumped me 6 months after. The original version was longer and had 2 songs included for more than 20 min of today improvisation. This version has been simplified and re-orchestrated.
Rain Fall Orchestral - 3:04
This song has been first created for Helena and called ‘Rigolade’ (laughter). I arranged it differently for this album, I like the theme and the melody. The Helena version is very cool and uplifting!
Adagio Nuptial Orchestral - 4:09
This song has been created for my weeding in 1994. I did several versions. I lost the original that was played in the church. It was a very emotional moment. This song is made to be used on these kind of occasions, and there are not a lot of choice for that. If you use it for your weeding, please let me know. This song is also a very sad memory about Pascal de France a good friend who died in the most weird and tragic way, alone in his huge castle, with a gas m
ask on the face. One of the most intelligent person I’ve ever met. He loved this song. Nadrys was made for him too…
Heidelberg (Piano Solo) - 5:44
First song made for Impossible Piano back in 1999. Great mix of all instruments and the piece I really love the most in this album. It is made with 3 different themes that plug together. There is a mix of uplifting and nostalgia that stick after the music ends. It was made first for piano and orchestra and I lost the original master. I re-created it in 2004 to finalize this album. This song is – with \’Wake up Now\’ the justification of the album\’s title. Try to play it with a piano and 2 hands only
Rain Fall (Piano Solo) - 3:04
This song has been first created for Helena and called ‘Rigolade’ (laugh). I arranged it differently for this album, I like the theme and the melody. The Helena version is very cool and uplifting!
Wake up now Orchestral - 5:43
Made shortly after Heidelberg this song was also the reason I wanted to do this piano and orchestra album. It has a similar structure as Heidelberg, with several themes plugged together
This album is a pure new age / dance album. Using both the latest technology and also orchestral instruments, with piano a la Robert Miles. I`ve decided to explore all the tools and synths I got recently in my studio. While playing I made some interesting songs. Some are based on Virtual instruments, some are using real vintage gears, some are mixing both of the two worlds. The idea was to stay simple and not to overproduce, I mean do not glue everything in reverb. The themes themselves are very simples, a little bit commercial. It is a decision I took, to take a breath and just have fun with the latest, and oldest technology! Started in June 2004, I`ve finished in November 2005.

Tangerine Spirit - 9:19
My prefered song in this album. Very long and energetic. You have to listen it VERY loud!
Desert - 5:58
Another trip, but this time you are in the desert. The sun burns and there is sand all around you.
Underwater - 5:34
A beautifull allegorie of underwater`s world. You really feel diving in the big blue when you listen this title.
Grandioso - 6:06
This is a commercial title, very optimistic. In the middle, a symphonic orchestra comes and mixes with the vintages synths.
Killing Rocket - 4:51
This title is about the war against Irak, and Bush.
Appetizer - 1:31
As the tittle say, it is a short place before the main course! Just using some of my favorite instruments to create an abstract weird song.
Fashion - 5:15
Imagine a Fashion show. Imagine this sound in background. That\’s the way it was made, and the way it sounds. Great solo violin to make the break with the rather techno feeling.
Melloway - 6:06
Description : Probably the most popular song in this album. Very nice theme and also a good mix of techno sounds and classical instruments, Oboe, strings and more are showing here.
Voiceland - 4:31
Another commercial song. Between Robert Miles and Equinoxe from Jean Michel Jarre. Nice piano theme.
Call from cosmos - 3:40
This song comes from the outer space. Remaining the feeling of the first twilight zone tv series. Space effects takes in on board for a space traveling.
Dreaming Zone - 5:30
That`s a great melodic song. Remaining the `Apocalypse of Animals` from Vangelis, the great music theme from the 70`s.
Ville Grise means ‘Grey City’… I worked on these songs from 1990 to 2002. I sing and that’s probably why I will never publish these songs : I have my voice! However, I publish them here, just in case someone likes them!

In 2001 I’ve worked with Helena a friend of mine who has a very original voice. We worked one year and created several interesting songs that I managed to add into this mini Album. Enjoy!

Cthulhu is a creature created by H.P Lovercraft in the beginning of the 20th century. Symbolized by a computer generated voice in this record, is comes back on earth to brings the hell and desolation. With the help of a Thaï prayer, the world will be saved. This album is a journey in the mystic world of H.P Lovercraft but also sounds like a warning to the future generations. The music itself is a mix of rythms, orchestral and electronic music, sounds, voices in melodic environment.
Cthulhu has been made between the time I was Paris at Hillairet street, and the time I moved to Santeny the house I leave when I write these lines. Two friends participate to the album : Isabelle and Amelie. I`ve worked a lot from samples coming from stock music, and samples I made myself. It is a sample base album. I`ve re-used the robot voice that was in Prophecy. It is now my `trade mark` that sign my style. This album has been designed like a story to play on stage, like an Opera. The narrator tells the story and each piece of music is an event.
The message of this album is not that trivial. Cthulhu symbolize a part of the world, a religion, and the story is an allegory of what I think will be the 3rd world war. Maybe the last war?

Introduction - 3:26
In this introduction, the narrator, exposes the meaning of the album. With an orchestral mysterious background the main themes are played with piano and guitar. Be ready…
Strange Aeons - 4:02
This song describes the message of Cthulhu and the crowd that arrives from all over the world to celebrate its coming. Cthulhu has the power to hypnotize people while they sleep. Millions of people from all races, and animals are coming to assist to the event.
Narrator 01 - 0:31
“Cthulhu the beast and his daemons are ready to come back on earth, but he still needs a key! The Princess must open the door by giving her love to him. Cthulhu will transform himself and will fit the body of the prince of her dreams.“
Release Me - 3:57
Several computer generated voices are talking for Cthulhu. The Princess voice comes from Isabelle Dahak a friend I met in Paris. This song is very powerfull with heavy drums.
Narrator 02 - 0:29
Cthulhu has opened the door. And now all the spiritual forces in presence prepare the great battle. The two armies are waiting for his coming. The sea opens and Cthulhu comes from the deep.
It is Coming - 5:43
Description : This is one of the greatest song I\’ve made. I use guitars, piano, choirs, orchestra, and abstract noises at the end. This song is in the style of Prophecy Part3. It is a movie by itself. The song progressively change to a final explosion when Cthulhu arrives for real.
Agnus dei - 3:52
A Beautiful orchestral piece with full orchestra and choirs. Cthulhu is here and stands. The world burns, and people suddently realizes that they have assisted to the end of the world. The end of the pieces some crazy monks are coming from the deep while the children\’s choir try to resist…the hell is here : Agnus Dei.
Nikko – Incantations - 4:41
This song is really frightening. Based from the sounds from real Voodoo celebrations, it is a pure abstract music. It describes the hell on hearth the total anarchy with daemons and monsters killing and dancing everywhere. Everything is made in this song to create a really weird atmosphere!
Narrator 03 - 0:46
`Captain, our hero has found an old Chinese prayer hidden in the mountains. He had learned the power of the ancients thru the Necronomicon : the lost books of secrets and demons. A procession of women and children joined the battle and the incantation started.“
Prayer - 5:13
Based on a piano theme I`ve made when I was 15 years old, I`ve re-arranged this piece with Enigma in mind. I`ve used an old Thai month and with help of the orchestra tried to describe the procession of the good against evil. As you can see the 3 continents music have a role in this album… Europe/US are defeat by the Africa and saved by Asia. Prophetic?
A new Hope - 5:32
Based on a cool piano theme, this song has a solid rhythmic background. Hope comes back again.
Narrator 05 - 0:28
Captain breaks the charm and free Princess. She falls in love for the second time. This time the hero is real, and Captain take her in his flying machine for a wonderful trip!
Wings of Gold - 4:38
In this techno song with jungle rhythms our heroes will fly off the wings of gold . As you can see the different voices in this album have a role. The computer generated voice is for Cthulhu, the real voice for the hero and Cthulhu when he has hypnotized Princess. The woman voice is Princess of course.
Narrator 06 - 0:46
We are at the end of this story. I hope you ll read between the lines and see how much this story and the way it is played can be warning for all of us. Today the demons have changed their face. They talk at the TV and sometime, they are loved by the crowd. But they are still evil, an enemy to light, an ally of the powers of darkness, disruption, and decay.
Europera - 3:41
The final part of Cthulhu is a very optimistic song with an Opera style singer and a techno style. The Opera voice has been totally re-synthesized. Credit must be given to Amelie Glenn who gave her voice for this song.
Dreamscape is a computer music album. That means that it is not recorded in a studio, with tons of hardware, but composed and optimized for a cheap sound card : the AWE32. The Challenge was to create good themes with only a simple and cheap soundcard. The accent has been made on the melody. This album has a very unique sound, computer like, remembering some video games music. Also, people who buy it will have the original midi files!
This is another challenge. Doing a full album made only with the General Midi standard from Roland (GM). It was recorded when I was leaving at Hillairet street directly from the AWE32. Every single title is a picture of my mood at the time I did it. Princess Diana died and I did a very sad piece of music. I shared it on the net and thousands of webmasters copied it on their web pages…
This song is a very technical song. It has 3 melodic themes and it changes all the time. A lot of work has been done on the rythm section. With several good themes, quality arrangement, this song is worth listening. The name comes from my beloved oncle Amedé, which is/was a very intelligent person.
16 Years Old - 3:41
A Piano music made when I was 16 years old. This is a fresh song.
4th Waltz - 6:08
This 4th waltz is again made around a piece of piano. This song has a very good music theme, starting cool but getting more and more crazy with some lead solo at the end.
Diana`s death - 3:51
This song has been made in memory of Diana\’s death. the news arrived in the middle of the aldum writting. I’ve decided to create a very nice song, not too sad but with a very beautiful melody. After that we went with my wife to leave some roses in the morning at the hospital, mourning with thousands of people…
Alkasenzer - 4:27
The name resume the meaning of this song : Alkasenzer is a medecine against headache. Simple an efficient melodic theme, organ solo bridge. Another cool song.
Underground - 3:48
The night fall, and all the ugly and dark things are doing a party. It’s madness! I like this song.
Waiting Death. - 4:16
I was waiting in my harmchair, in front of a fire. My dog was sleeping on my foot. I was waiting its coming. A shadow passes thru the window. I`m ready. I`m waiting for the one, the dark one with no eyes, no face : the death“. This is a part of a very old song written when I was about 16-17 years old. The melodic theme was still here in my head and came back to my finger. I decided to keep it alive again with this new version. It is a kind of resurection for the song I guess…
Jazzy 3:17
This piece is a long organ solo over a very sophisticated drum background. I had a lot of fun to improvise this typical solo – for the ones who knows me.
Hot and Lazy - 2:57
Description : It was very hot in my studio we are in July in Paris. 2 AM and I was about to go to have some sleep. Do you remember stacked emotions in Gems One? I took the improvised theme from 10 years ago and I decided to re-arrange it. The feeling of this night is very well translated by this song and the solo of organ at the end.
Newfield - 3:48
This song is an homage to my mentor and god : Mike Olfield. I got this melody under my finger for a while. You can be sure that this will be included in Impossible Piano my new album, but only played with Piano. The arrangements changes between pop to pure orchestra. With a 1997th sound card, it is not an easy task.
Ants Dance - 6:26
One of my prefered in this album. A little bit weird, with a good synth lead solo, differents arrangements within the song and also a very pop melodic theme. The end is very surprising, and changes suddently to an orchestral improvised end. Let’s the Ants dance!
Fresh Air - 4:49
Can you imagine a fresher song? With a very sophisticated rythmic base and a very pop medodic theme, Fresh Air is the kind of song to make you stand up and jump! Notice a cool jazzy organ solo in the middle of the song. the perfect song to finish an album with a positive note!
This album has been recorded during a full year, when I was leaving at Bastille in Paris. This is a concept album, where every sample has been homemade recorded. It tells the story of a voice with an human soul who search his place if our world. The prophetic part is related to the cover. See it in the light of what did hapenned the 11th September 2001.
My setup evolved with an EMAX II a fabulous machine in these times. Almost everything in Prophecy has been self sampled and played by the 8 Mb ram of this EMU wonder. It was a long and interesting work, all the songs were fitting in this machine memory and the mix was done with Cubase in Midi using the velocity. It took me about one year to finish this album, it is an enormous work with a very little setup! Optimization was the main word. But now when I listen this 10 years old album, I`ve nothing to change.

Prophecy Part 1 - 3:27
This is the Introduction of the Album Prophecy. The lead sound is sampled from an old Kawai and most crowd and opera sounds were sampled from live classic opera concerts. This album starts in the medias arena. Technology mixed with antic Roma circus games. Welcome to Prophecy!
Prophecy Part 2 - 1:28
This part must be chained with the Part 1. It is a short transition between the speed Prophecy part 1 and the mad No Future Part 1 song. To take your breath before jumping again like a mad. I`ve lost the original part with the marvelous voice of a Roumanian friend. Too bad, maybe I`ll find it again in an old recording and update this song in the future. The lead sound of the solo is a perfect sinus wave (sin(x)) for the math, calculated and injected in the EmaxII.
Erostheme Part 1 - 3:24
This song is an hymn to love. It raises progressively until the final apogee. The piano bridge was played by an old italian vintage synth and added one year after in 1992. This music was very succesful at mp3.com when the site was still alive going. The song was close to N°1 in the electronic charts.
No future Part 1 - 3:20
Description : This is a very energetic and speed song. In the middle a pan flûte and water bridge calm down everything, but the song start again. The `Voice`give us an ecologic message about polution. `We have to find a solution now`. The part 1 and 2 are made to be chained together.
No future Part 2 - 3:12
Description : The second part of No future is even more energetic with a mad lead synth sound. To be heard very loud! The Song is raising until the explosive end. `We have to find a solution NOW`.
Prism - 4:11
Description : Again a very energetic sound, speed and rythm are in the menu. Based on a guitar riff and some samples riped from Kitaro, Vangelis and Mike Oldfield. The crowd sample is back and each bridge is an homage to one of of the artist listed below. To be listened very loud!
Erostheme Part 2 - 4:15
Description : My preferred version of Erotheme. Slower, longer, with the introduction played with a weird African flute. Progressively raise up to the end explosion. I used several sounds played with mouth with some ahhhh in the background. This music is cool and magic. The theme itself was inspired by the Rain man`s movie music by Hanz Zimmer.
Rave - 5:48
Description : Rave was a techno style in the 90`when the Rave parties were very popular. My version of the Rave style is of course very personal and a bit more complicated than the basic tunes made just for dancing! Voices were taken from the Dune video game by Cryo.
Trashman - 3:31
This pure techno dance song is quite frightening. I used a lot of vintage analog fx. Listen it very loud. Basically this music was created for a game named Trashman signed with Electronic Arts. This game that was supposed going out on Sega Megadrive’s console has been canceled when E.A stopped all their developments for Sega for an obscure reason of cartridge manufacturing costs!
It`s your choice - 4:28
With an extensive uses of samples of the very specific sound of Roumanians choirs this songs feature the `Voice` saying `do you really want this life`. this answer is the tittle. A huge work has been done with the percussions and rythms . It is a very dense song with at least 5 themes playing together, a percussion and slapped bass bridge, brass section and a final with a demomaker`s like gimick. A lot of things in only 4 min of music. I’ve spent at least 6 months to really finish this song.
Erostheme Part 3 - 2:50
This version starts with another music theme, cool and fresh, a ballad style and finish in a final explosion with the classic theme of Erostheme.
Prophecy Part 3 - 6:32
This last music of the album is a real movie by itself. It explains and justify all the rest of the album. All the different pieces of the Prophecy`s album are the experiences of a voice about our world, the war, the life, the sex, the polution. At the end comes the revelation. All the samples used in this long and film like ending are not here by hasard. I explain. The rythms loops are taken from the Peter Gabriel album `Passion` the robotic voice transform itself to an human voice to shout `I know who I am`. This sample is taken from the movie `Angel Heart`at the time when the main character realizes that he has been manipulated by the devil himself. Finally the calm comes with one of the most beautiful theme I`ve composed, which is nothing else than the first theme of Prophecy Part 1. Loop is lopped. This is one of my prefered music, because of the concept, the research and the meaning of it. It perfectly finish this album.
This album is
my first one. It is a bundle of the songs made before I leaved my parent`s house in Montpellier. It has been created in my room, with only a 4 track or a double tape deck, and a couple of synths. My setup was very basic and even is some songs are using PRO-24 with an Atari ST it was the first sequenced songs I`ve made. ESQ-1, S-330 were my main gears…

The Genesis - 5:51
Description :This song starts with a classical style intro and then changes to an arcade video game music style. This piece was one of the first I created on PC with the PRO24 software. Some `bugs` were in this software and that`s why some tracks (the drums) are not playing correctly. Why `The Genesis`? Listen the bridge in this song and you`ll certainly find something from a very known and popular Internationnal Band!
The long walk - 5:39
Description : This song has been totally improvised. I connected a dozen of analog synths, with samplers, and that`s the result. The amazing part is the violin solo playing together with the final piano melody. Most of the work has been done by a Roland S330 sampler with some rare gated city drums.
Traveling - 5:24
Description : Like Chinamotion, this music was inspired by Ryuichi Sakamoto. But in this one, I add some European style (the piano and the Trumpet evocation of France and Spain).
Chinamotion - 3:50
Description : I was thruly inspired by Ryuichi Sakamoto and the album `Illustrated Musical Encyclopedia`. Created almost at the same time as Traveling, these two songs have in comon a japonese feeling. Note that the weird trumpets and the hi-percussion passage are clearly taken from this great Ryuichi`s album!
Bolero - 6:55
Description : This song has a very special place in my memories. First is was the first orchestral like piece I`ve made. Second it is also the first song I`ve fully improvised while it was recording. There is something special in this song, something natural and impossible to reproduce even with my latest modern studio. This strange alchemy mixed with something magic, coming from nowhere? How I did improvised this song with only an ESQ1, a S330 and a tape recorder? I choosed this name because the song evolves until the final explosion, like the Ravel`s Bolero.
Necro - 3:02
Description : Necro is a song I`ve improvised when recording live. It is one of the best Themes in this record. Both dark and emotionally powerfull, it sounds close to what Vangelis was doing at the same period. The themes is very classical. The overall was composed with the same setup as Travelling and Chinamotion.
Big Blue - 3:33
Description : Inspired by the music of the French version of the movie of Luc Besson `The Big Blue`, this song is nothing else than a quite exploration in the deep water. Short evolving with a classical harmony in the middle just to remain that it is a Nikko song…
Ubi Song - 4:53
Description : was working at Ubi soft a game company as a game author. When they asked for a music for using in their video. They asked to Jerund Tell a past video game music star to create a track. The result was really bad and I decided to challenge him and I made this track. it starts with a piano part inspired by Toccata and Fugue from J.S Bach! But it changes quickly to a typical demo maker music style from the 80`! I like specially the saxophone theme in the middle.
Astaskaroth - 4:58
Description : Astaskaroth what does it means. Well it is more or less what the robotic voice say. This music was created after having seen a J.M Jarre convert live at the TV. I was upset by the bad quality and I`ve decided to create my own J.M Jarre style! This music was improvised, then the voice has been added over the first recording. this is a very progressive song in the same style of Bolero for example but with a better recording quality.
Adobogéhémaha - 5:54
Description : Ahah what a name!!! That`s a funny song (quite rarein newage). Imagine that you are an insect in a forest and you are singing `Don`t go breaking my hear` from Elton John. But because you don`t have a mouth, here what you get : Adobogéhémaha. This song is cool, no braining no message, jungle noise, some rain, and insects singing!
